I recently flew into LAX after a long international flight and used Black Cat Limo for my airport transfer. From the moment I landed, the experience was outstanding. As soon as I exited customs, I immediately spotted my driver holding a clear sign with my name. No wandering around or trying to find anyone, he was right there waiting. He greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and led me straight to the parking area where our vehicle was parked. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress free. What really impressed me was the level of thoughtfulness. Inside the spotless SUV, there was cold sparkling and still water waiting, along with electrolyte packets, refreshing facial wipes, mints, and some light snacks. After a long flight, these small touches made a huge difference in helping me feel refreshed and comfortable. The car was immaculately clean, smelled amazing, and the ride itself was smooth and quiet. The driver was professional, polite, and drove safely while still getting me to my destination efficiently. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Black Cat Limo, especially for anyone arriving after a long flight. Excellent service, attention to detail, and real comfort. Will definitely be using them again on my next trip to Los Angeles.
